So I was just lying in bed and Cough Syrup came...
And within 20 seconds I was full out sobbing. Not fangirl sobs but like “I’m an emotional wreck” sobs. I legit just wrote 3 damp pages of everything on my mind. The song was on loop for at least 40 minutes. I then listened to Not Alone 5 times. I feel…..releived. Darren’s voice does wonders for a person.

I love my Special Olympics athletes.
One came up to me at school today and said “Mackensi, we didn’t have practice on Monday. That made me sad cause I didn’t get to shoot with you.” I can’t tell you how much it touched me to have him say that. Im making his week brighter, and that’s just an amazing feeling.
